Smooth 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Smooth brand treadmills and gym equipment carry a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Smooth purchase, you may return the item (in the original package, freight prepaid) to us for a full refund or credit (less any shipping or assembly charges on the original invoice). No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Advanced Fitness. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), contact your Sales Representitive at 800-762-4237. Advanced Fitness will credit you purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item with an RMA. To be elligible for a complete refund or credit, you must request an RMA within 30 days of delivery, and all returns must be made using the original packaging in good condition, with freight prepaid. The returned merchandise must be shipped back to Advanced Fitness within 10 days of receiving the RMA.
