Our service agreement covers the continental United States (and selected areas of Canada and Mexico) with our network of 600 registered service technicians. This list is comprised of the top technicians who service leading brand motorized treadmills in commercial and home applications. All our treadmills are covered by a one-year labor warranty, and repairs are done in your home. The parts warranty does not include labor after the initial first year. You can contact the service department directly. For any Smooth 5.OP, 5.1HRC, 5.3P, 8.5P, 8.8HRC, 9.2 or 9.3 series call 888-559-8810. For all other equipment, including Smooth 5.5HR, 7.5HR, 9.1 series or 9.6 series treadmills please call at 1-888-800-1167 option 2. In addition, you can fill out a online service request form to report a service related issues. We will respond to your request with a confirmation call the next business day. After determining the problem, we will ship the part to the service technician. We will then call you to confirm your service appointment. Many service problems and questions can be solved right over the phone. Most treadmills have diagnostics built right into the console and we can usually define the problem by walking the customer through a few button clicks on that first phone call. If for any reason AdvancedFitness is not able to repair the treadmill we will replace it at no cost to the customer, guaranteed! We provide technical phone support through our toll free number five days a week. Service requests can be made 24 hours per day through our request form.
